"Add Swords"...
and thus, Adorable Arsenal was forged...

Kaylee is an artist and life coach with a passion for mental health and all things creative, and the original creator behind Adorable Arsenal.
Kaylee and her friends began to see a story in the little guys she created, and soon these stories expanded into a world, a conflict, and a grander tale of magic and exploration. The team began to grow, and the world of Adorable Arsenal expanded into the six realms we know today.

We’re currently designing a board game as the next big adventure for Adorable Arsenal, and we’re so grateful for your support. As our team and audience grows, each person who supports us becomes a part of this journey, and we truly appreciate that. Until our paths cross again,

Kaylee in her renaissance faire costume featuring a brown and white color scheme at the Scarborough faire tent, 2026

Hi, I’m Kaylee, professional tiny-world builder and founder of Adorable Arsenal.

What started as me making little figurines to keep my brain happy somehow turned into an entire universe with backstories, adventures, and a growing band of fellow creatives (who, somehow, are also all now climbers?).

I’m a part-time sculpture student, singer-songwriter, certified yoga teacher, and full-time believer in creativity. I’ve traveled the world while life coaching, talk about holistic wellness like it’s a love language, and firmly believe joy is a strategy, not a side quest. If it involves clay, storytelling, tiny swords, deep feelings, or solving a problem creatively… I’m probably in.

Hi I’m Maya, I’m an artist who has always had a deep love of fantasy and anything strange and cute. I grew up obsessed with movies like The Labyrinth, and I have been visiting Renaissance fairs almost every year since I was a toddler. I’ve tried about every medium of art, but I’ve settled on sculpture as my favorite. I have always loved how tactile sculptural art is and how joyful it makes you feel to physically hold it in your hands. Being a part of Adorable Arsenal has been a dream come true. I get to do what I love, and I love bringing joy to a community of others like me with our tiny creations. I have enjoyed getting to bring my unique flair to Adorable Arsenal. When I’m not sculpting, I enjoy cooking meals for my friends, baking sourdough, bouldering, and cuddling my cat, Rose.

She has contributed to a wide range of internationally recognized productions, including Big Hero 6: The Series, DuckTales (Reboot), Mr. Magoo, Gigantosaurus, Zig & Sharko, Half Heroes, and Oggy and the Cockroaches, working as both a freelance artist and layout checker.

Currently based in Fort Worth, Texas, Tuna is expanding her creative practice with a stronger focus on illustration, applying her solid foundation in composition, perspective, and visual storytelling. She is also exploring new creative avenues through her work with Adorable Arsenal, where she expresses her artistic vision as a freelance clay artist, blending her animation sensibilities with handcrafted, character-driven designs.

Venn checking their camera on a train

Hi! I’m Venn! I’m a painter who specializes primarily in realism. I love incorporating internet culture and nostalgia into my art, which is why I enjoy sculpting for Adorable Arsenal. The fantasy world created here is not just nostalgic, but therapeutic for me as well. Crafting these guys allows me to express my artistry while pursuing my degree as well.

Outside of art, I’m a drummer, gibbon lover, and psychology enthusiast with a passion for petting animals as long as they will let me.

Our artist Naomi

Hi! My name is Naomi
I'm currently studying Graphic Design at the University of North Texas. I've loved art for as long as I can remember and especially love creating whimsical and nostalgic pieces that bring out joy and imagination.

When I first heard about Adorable Arsenal, I was so excited to be a part of it! My favorite part of creating these tiny figures is giving each one its own unique personality. Whether it's through different facial expressions, accessories, or little details, I love bringing them to life and making each creation special!
